planning

planning: the act or process of making a plan to achieve or do something | the establishment of goals, policies, and procedures for a social or economic unit

Planning and feasibility studies allow project owners to understand the impacts and needs of their improvement goals. Our team has been involved in a variety of planning and feasibility studies, from traffic studies for proposed developments to complex studies of new freeway/tollway corridors in sensitive environmental areas.

We have successfully participated in the development of key alternatives analyses for various roadway corridor studies, and many of these projects require solicitation of public input and generating consensus among stakeholders. With client permission, we adopt a practice to engage the public in building a successful project and communicating openly with all parties involved. Effective communication is critical to the success of any SE3 project, and we take great pride in ensuring that the stakeholders are always informed.
